Variety.

Variety is EVERYTHING and it rings true in ALL aspects of your interactions with women if you want to turn a friend into being your girlfriend.

The more emotions she feels around you, the stronger an impression you’ll make. The more interesting things she learns about you and tells you about herself, then the more deeply she’ll feel connected to you.

And the more places she visits and things she does and sees with you, the longer she’ll feel that she’s known you.

And the longer a woman who is attracted to you has known you, then the more inclined she will be to act on that attraction and go further with you into a deeper, more “romantic” relationship.

What you want then is for your girl to come with you on a handful of different adventures, you want to keep stirring up different emotions in her; happy, sad, annoyed, angry, irritated, fun, sensual, sexual, flirty, etc… it doesn’t really matter.

Have you had friends who just couldn’t seem to see eye to eye with one another, who couldn’t stand one another, always arguing, quarrelling and suddenly one day you see the both of them hooking up together as a couple?

Why and how did it happen?

The tension was always there, emotions were stirred, without them realizing it, the constant provocation of emotions were actually setting up the stage for a deeply, passionate relationship.

So again, it’s really more about MEMORIES you create in her and a lot less about the length of TIME you know each other that sparks attraction in a woman.

Sharing more experiences in a shorter amount of time makes a closer, DEEPER connection.

The premise of distorting a woman’s senses to spark attraction is based on a psychological phenomenon known as Response Facilitation (RF).

This is the process of strengthening the dominant response in a particular situation. You are going to use it to strengthen her emotional responses and get her to REALLY

like you and see you a little more than a friend.

This is how it works.

You need to understand that emotions basically consist of two parts: a cognitive component (which is what you’re thinking) and a physiological component (which is what you’re feeling).

The cognitive, “thinking component” determines WHAT emotion you’re feeling… while the physiological, “feeling component” determines the INTENSITY of that emotion.

For example, if you’re thrilled with someone, you’re thinking all kinds of “exciting” thoughts about that person (This is great fun! I can’t wait to do this again!).

You’re also experiencing certain physiological sensations throughout your body that indicate that you’re excited, such as an increased heart rate, increased blood pressure, mild sweating, adrenaline surging throughout your veins, etc..

And the more intense the physiological aspects become, the more exhilaration you FEEL.

The state of being thrilled has more to do with the cognitive, “thinking” component, than with the physiological, “feeling” component.

You’re thinking “thrilling” thoughts first and your body starts reacting to what you are thinking.

Use states of PHYSIOLOGICAL arousal to intensify her emotional responses. Remember, the arousal part of emotions is pretty similar from one emotion to the next, and the amount of arousal present determines the INTENSITY of the experienced emotion.

Now that you understand this, you’ll have to think of ways to come up with situations where she is highly likely to experience increased levels of arousal, and to pair YOURSELF with that arousal.

So, in a nutshell, you should be able to take a girl who likes you (someone who has mild physiological arousal when you’re around) and make her REALLY like you, by adding “extra” arousal to the situation.

The extra arousal will add up with that that is already present so as to increase the intensity of her emotional response toward you.

So how do you go about it doing it?

You do it by simply doing enjoyable AND arousing things together by having fun AND amping up the teasing, flirting and sexual tension when you’re together.

Most of these activities involve doing something FUN and extremely enjoyable that appeals to her five senses.

FUN and arousal, if you don’t already know, always leads to LOVE and PASSION.

For example…

You can take her to an amusement park.

The crazy rollercoasters, drenching waterslides, breath-taking ferri wheels will not only increase her heart rate but also her sense of arousal.

It gives you both a chance to hug one another, to accidentally touch, kiss, hold one another, and so on…

As you’re both getting on board the rollercoaster, you give her your hand, she grabs it, you hold on to it, you look deep into her eyes, if she doesn’t let go, it means she likes it.

As you’re flying up and down, if she’s comfortable with you, she might hug on to you and you grab on tightly to her and bring her closer into you.

You can playfully kiss her and tell her “Janice, this is to calm you down”.

The smallest of things, the simplest of things works wonders, the activities you’re doing together will give you unlimited opportunities and chances to go kino, to get physical with her, unlike everyday shopping and boring talk will ever do.

It won’t look like you’re taking advantage or that you’re trying to put a move and on her because it’s as NATURAL as it can ever be!

It’s really a very powerful way to turn a friend into a lover.

In other ways to turn a friend to a girlfriend, you need to intensify her feelings; take her to these places so that she loses track of time passing.

Take her to a place where there are constant ACTIVITY and MOVEMENT so she gets caught up in the atmosphere – embark on some kind of journey together, distract her mind with new sights, new people, new experiences.

We all know that eye contact is important, but something funny happens when we make eye contact with another person. We become COMPELLED to respond to them in some fashion. When it comes to women, you can use eye contact to find out if she’s open to meeting you. In fact, in a way, she’ll be opening YOU!

So here’s what you do…

The next time you see a woman you want to meet, LOCK your eyes on her! Seriously, just stare at her eyes, even if she’s not looking at you.

When people are out and about, they will usually look around to keep aware of their surroundings. This is a subconscious thing we all do. Eventually, the woman you’re locking onto will look around to scan the area.

When she comes to you, her eyes will invariably meet yours, and you’ll be locked in eye contact.

When that happens, simply SMILE at her.

If she smiles back, guess what? She’s OPEN TO YOU MEETING HER. If she doesn’t, then move on to someone who is.

And when she does smile back, say “Hi!” And if she responds, you’re in! Go right into your opener.

I like to use this tactic in low-key situations, like grocery stores, coffee shops, book stores, etc. Even though it can work just as well in bars (as long as the light is high enough that she can actually SEE you!).

Often times, after you smile, the girl herself will say “Hi!” and then the rest is easy.

The next time you go out, do this to every woman you see. Lock your eyes onto them and see what happens. I guarantee you, you’ll be surprised by the results.

The art of approaching

Now I’d like to take credit for coming up with that idea myself, but I didn’t. I got it from a book. Or an ebook to be more precise, you know one of those books you buy on the internet and download instantly.

ALWAYS look your best. I know this sounds REALLY obvious but you’d be surprised by how many men don’t understand the importance of this simple tip. You never know when the girl of your dreams will turn up, or where. And it’s become a bit of a cliché because it’s true — first impressions really do count.

If you make a BAD first impression your chances with her reduce drastically to just 20%. This means that to make her attracted to you AFTER the first 3 minutes of meeting her will be incredibly difficult if her first impressions of you were bad.

It’s the difference between climbing a mountain and using a helicopter to fly up one. Good first impressions means you’re on your way to the top in the helicopter, bad first impressions means you have a difficult climb to success – no helicopters for you.

Your shoes are the FIRST thing a woman really notices about your clothing and hence your appearance. Make sure your shoes are clean and fashionable.

What you wear is very important. I could try to recommend a certain look but as with all things fashionable by the time you read this it may have changed.

Get the latest GQ magazine or other fashionable men’s magazine’s and imitate the styles you see there — most women don’t really care what labels you are wearing as long as you look good so you don’t have to spend the Earth on clothing.

Many guys I help dress better usually comment on how strange they feel wearing clothes they are uncomfortable in, but nine times out of 10 they start to feel natural and even confident wearing their new wardrobe within days.

Make sure you smell good. Again this is extremely important. Remember how you feel when a woman walks by you and she smells soooo good – you feel an instant attraction even though you don’t know her – well, that’s how women feel too.

Wear a good-quality cologne, but don’t spray too much.

One squirt on both sides of the neck, and one squirt on both wrists — maximum. You don’t want to smell too overpowering.

I recommend cool water by Davidoff or John Paul Gautier for Men (often called JPG love juice because women love it) if they don’t sell it where you are try to order some from abroad, this stuff is GREAT!

Having gone out with with literally thousands of women and gone to bed with hundreds over the past two and a half decades, I’ve learned that there’s nothing you can do to GUARANTEE having sex with any particular woman.

However, by doing a few simple things, you can dramatically INCREASE THE ODDS of going all the way on the very first night of your relationship.

1. Meet her in a non-traditional venue.

By that I mean, don’t take her to a fancy dinner or do anything else that she associates with a “date.” If you do, that puts her into the same “make him wait” mindset that she adopted with the last 100 guys who bought her a nice dinner.

Instead meet her somewhere informal, like a coffee shop or some cheap diner for lunch. Don’t make a big deal out of who pays for what, because again, the last 100 guys she dated paid for her meal because, as was blatantly obvious to her, they were hoping to get laid.

As an alpha male, you shouldn’t do anything because you’re “hoping to get laid.” That reeks of desperation and kills attraction that a woman feels.

A more attractive guy is one who gets laid all the time, so sex is no big deal to him. If a woman wants his attention, she has to earn it. In other words, he is a challenge for her, not a sure thing.

2. Have the proper mindset throughout the date.

You want to be relaxed and feeling sexual. (To get yourself into a sexual state, try watching porn just before the date, but don’t masturbate.) And it’s important to feel relaxed. No nervousness.

For a woman to become sexual, she needs to feel relaxed and horny. It is important that you feel that exact way yourself, because studies have shown that when two people are in rapport, they eventually match emotional states with each other.

So when you’re chilling with the girl, you should feel deeply relaxed and horny, and then engage her in conversation about neutral subjects until you see signs that she too is getting relaxed and horny.

3. Get her alone with you.

Let’s say you and the girl hit it off fantastically in the coffee shop, so you then take her to a bar to get a quick drink. Things are really going well there. The conversational vibe is excellent. You see signs of her increasing sexual arousal and openness to intimacy.

Some signs of a woman’s deepening sexual attraction to you include: – Sitting with her inner thigh exposed.
- Fidgeting with her clothes. She might even unfasten a button or two of her blouse.
- She engages in “triangle gazing.” She’ll look at one of your eyes, then another, and then at your mouth.
- You notice her stealing glimpses at your chest and even your crotch.

The problem is you can’t just say, “Let’s go to my place and have sex.” With women you’re on a first date with, whenever you verbalize anything sexual, it kills the mood for her and results in you sleeping alone that night.

Instead, mention an innocent excuse for the two of you to go to your place. (Examples could be, “You should come hear my ‘Best of the 80s’ CD” or “That’s awesome that you’re so good with art… I have a painting in my living room that I’d love to get your opinion on”)

Since the two of you have an “innocent” reason to be alone together, it avoids triggering the alarm bells in her mind that scream, “Uh oh! I don’t want to be a slut!”

Once the two of you are then alone, isolated at your place, you can set the scene for the seduction.

It can take several hours for the woman to feel comfortable enough with you at your house, so you need to be patient.

Sit on your couch and watch a movie. Slowly escalate. Hold hands, stroke her hair, and so on from there.

Sexually, women are like irons. They heat up slowly. Keep that in mind and don’t rush things, and you’ll have your maximum shot at having sex on a first date.

Firstly, take all the things that your mom & dad ever taught you
about how to treat and date a woman and do the exact OPPOSITE!

It’s not a secret anymore that even though a woman constantly

In the movies, yes, the girl always falls for the nice guy, but

But what I AM going to talk about today is why do women,
especially attractive ones can act rather ‘bitchy’ and rude
sometimes and how you can effectively pick up one – with ease.

First of all, you have to understand that attractive women, they
get ‘hit on’ one way or another at least 10 times a day everyday
- consistently.

Now at first it may all seem happy and nice with them receiving
all the attention from the guys, and sure they can be all cutesy
and polite to them whenever they’re being approached but
after a while, it all tends to get rather irritating and
annoying – merely because they’re hearing the same ol’ lines,
howlings and perv stares over and over again.

Exact words from a woman’s mouth – not mine.

So what they do about it?

Well in order for them to ‘save time’, they would then be
‘forced’ to be more ‘to the point’ or as we like to call it
‘bitchy’ to the guys that approach them.

Why must they be so mean?

Simply because they HAVE to.

You see, if they weren’t mean enough, guys who are usually
thick-skinned will not get the point and they’ll keep on
pursuing UNTIL she says a firm no.

Makes sense?

How do I know this? Well, to be honest with you, it was merely
by chance. I didn’t get any of it at first until I started to
really mix with women.

Sometimes, it’s really good to have close girl friends because
you might learn a LOT from them. I now begin to see it all from
THEIR perspective now…

How to approach a woman?

Now, I’ve noticed that most guys (the majority of them actually),
whenever they approach a woman, they always start off by saying
something like ‘Hi there, you’re gorgeous, oh by the way, my
name’s John, what’s yours? I’d like to get to know you, bla bla
bla…”

Heard of such a line before?

Or probably something along these lines?

Now, think about it. If you’re a girl and you get asked the
same question about 5-10 times a day, do you think that there’s
a high chance that you’ll get immune to it?

Of course you would!

And I’m not guessing here because I had a girl friend who once
told me the same thing that I’m telling you now!

It’s just too ‘typical’ for them to receive such lame,
everyday ‘pick up’ lines.

Best thing is, do you know instead what they would rather hear?

Try this:

Go up to her, and just give her a funny compliment on something
she LEAST expects to get a compliment on (NEVER compliment her
looks, she’s immune to that, remember?), you can compliment on
her funky hairstyle, her heels, her big ears — anything.

Just as long as its something she LEAST expects to hear from
a guy.

Using humour is always good in picking up women. Humor added
with a bit of spunk, along with a spot-on sarcastic tone and
body language will definitely seal the deal for you — and
get her interested.

Surely.

Think about it.

Body language is VERY important. According to studies carried out over 50% of your communication comes from your body language – what you DON’T say and less then 8% of your communication comes from what you DO say.

What does this mean to you?

It is MORE important to pay careful attention to HOW you say things, and HOW you stand and HOW you act than it is to WHAT you say (at least initially).

You see, you could have the BEST game in the world and be able to really get any woman to like you loads, for example online, but if you used those same successful techniques in the real world and lacked obvious confidence, lacked eye contact etc – You would simply CRASH and BURN.

Honestly, body language is SOOOO important in attracting women. Later in the course we’ll go into how you can use the female’s body language to READ her mind and know what she’s thinking. This article is about YOUR body language.

Ok… So, I’ll cover the basics as the advanced stuff is beyond the scope of this article (if you want more advanced detail concerning body language you can check out my site: guygetsgirl.com).

Body language basics:

1. Smile

You have to make the female feel at ease and comfortable that you are a friendly and fun guy and you are not a psycho as quick as possible. Especially when talking to her for the first time. You also need to let her know that you are confident and comfortable around women. A big and genuine smile is the best way to do this. It works. In fact, if you ever get an Ice Queen that you can tell is about to give you the “dead eye”, give her a big smile. Practice smiling at random people. You’ll be surprised by how many people smile back and at how many doors open to you. Smiling WORKS. Just don’t make it a cheesy, fake smile

2. Eye contact

As you know there’s nothing worse than staring at a woman’s chest – or even looking. It makes you just like all the other guys who drool over her. If anything you should use all your skill to NOT look at her chest – she’ll wonder why her womanly powers don’t work with you and she’ll seek your attention and subconsciously TRY to get you to look!

When talking to her, try to maintain eye contact. Not too much because it can be intimidating, but if you aim to have eye contact with her around 70% of the time you are talking, this should be comfortable for most women. Don’t stare like a crazy man, just be natural but if you naturally look away or are slightly shy when it comes to eye contact, make a conscious effort to have a little more. Eye contact can make serious connections within people. They say the eyes are a window to the soul and I think there may be some truth to that. There are even speed dating type events being run that involve just staring into each others eyes – and from what I hear, they are pretty successful.

Maintain eye contact. Not too much, about 70% of conversation time. Be natural.

3. Upright posture

Guys can get away with a bit of a hunch, but women really do prefer men with straight, upright postures. Look at all the big film actors like Pitt, Cruise etc. They all have good posture. It says to a woman you are confident, healthy, and strong (at least in mind). It’s just generally more attractive and says lots about who you are. Plus it’s good for your back and will help strengthen your back muscles making it easier to maintain.

Get into the HABIT of having an upright posture.

4. Gesticulate with open palms

You will not hear this tip anywhere else (or if you do, it was almost certainly copied from this course).

I’ve gone into in depth studies of body language and this one is a good one to use in MANY circumstances – I’ve adapted it here after solid testing to picking up women – however, some people suggest that when combined with a few other verbal and non-verbal techniques it can even give you a 50/50 chance of getting out of speeding fines!

Anyway, basically, when you are talking to a woman and trying to make a point (that puts you in a positive light) or defend yourself (for example, a girl suggests you might be a player) you talk and using your hands you have open palms facing upwards. Keep your arms in front of your body with your palms facing the sky and smile as you talk.

It works VERY well on a subconscious level to suggest you are being honest and telling the truth. And if you want a woman to begin to trust you, making her think you are being straight with her, is important.

This open palm gesticulation MUST be combined with a smile to work effectively.

In these modern times, older women are becoming more and more an option for guys looking to enter the dating scene. Whether the girl is a couple years older than you, or a full blown “cougar” looking for a hot stud, you have some great, un-tapped

And a lot of women at this stage will settle for a man who they’re not compatible with, but who will end up fulfilling their need to have a family.)

So how can you start meeting older women?

The first place I’d start looking to meet older women is on the internet.

Yes, it’s true. I didn’t stutter. I’d say that 90%of the older women you’d like to meet are online.

Understand that many single, older women either have kids or work (or both).

This means that they don’t really have time to go to “traditional” places to meet men, like bars or clubs.

So hitting up websites like Match.com, eHarmony, and even MySpace can be a great way to meet these older women, since they tend to use these sites often.

Other good ways of meeting older women are to go to places you’d know to find them! So avoid that trendy bar or club, because you’d usually find these women at more laid back places.

Coffee shops in the morning and afternoon are really good places to meet older women, simply because they are the places women stop on their way to and from work.

You can also meet older women just going throughout your day – be it at lunch, at the mall, shopping for groceries, or whatever it may be.

But there are problems with dating older women. You may not be as mature as she is, which can be a problem for both of you. And the age difference can become rather awkward should you decide to get married: If there’s a 15-year age difference between you, then she’ll be 50 when you’re 35!

But that’s not to say that you shouldn’t meet and date an older woman. It can be a great experience for you, if you’re aware of the potential issues that can arise in the relationship.

Phenylethylamine (PEA) is the natural “love drug.” It controls all those powerful brain chemicals that create the heart-fluttering sensation of attraction. All you have to do is pump up the PEA—in the right circumstances, of course—to make your date crave more.

Since the structure of PEA is much like amphetamines, you should plan a date that’s reasonably active and stimulates the senses. And no, that doesn’t mean  videogames! It should be something that gives you plenty of opportunity to interact with each other. That way, your date will associate all that pleasant stimulation with you.

This is also why those same-old same-old movie dates just don’t cut it. Dinner is very  nice, but the first time out, it can be a strain – to say the least – to maintain conversation face to face with somebody you don’t know very well. Dancing is perfect—but only if the music isn’t so loud that you can’t talk. If it is, you’re only stimulating half the package.

Check your local newspaper to find out what’s going on in your area. You may be surprised by the variety of free entertainment you can find. The possibilities are practically endless if you don’t mind the price of admission. Here’s a list to get you started.

Spectator sports

• Air show
• Auto rally
• Ball game: softball, soccer, rugby, baseball, basketball, football . . . Look for local teams, high school games, spring training, exhibition games.
• Balloon race
• Boat race
• Outdoor concerts. Check the newspaper for free ones. Churches often host concerts, too.

Interactive playtime

• Amusement/theme park
• Antique auto show
• Antiques market/show
• Aquarium. Water is sexy.
• Carnival
• Community festivals & street fairs
• Conservatory/botanical gardens. Stop and smell the roses!
• County fair
• Dog & cat shows. First make sure your date isn’t allergic!
• Flea markets & yard sales
• Museums. Look for a featured exhibit or share your own personal favorite.
• Wine tastings. These are often very inexpensive or totally free.
• Zoo. Good place to observe human behavior . . .

Active involvements

• Beach/water park—as long as your date is comfortable, first time out, in a bathing suit. Of course, beaches are good for walking, jogging, horseback riding, kite flying, people watching, picnicking . . .
• Bike riding. Find a bike path or trail in your area and go for a ride.
• Billiards/pool. Unless you’re a pool shark, this can be an easygoing game that allows plenty of conversation and diversion at the same time. If one of you doesn’t know how, the other can teach (obvious contact advantages).
• Bowling
• Canoeing
• Cooking lesson. Department stores, cookware and gourmet shops often give one-time cooking lessons. When you’re done playing with your food, you get to eat it!
• Dancing. The trouble with clubs is the noise level. Why not take a dance lesson together?
• Hiking. City, state, and national parks usually have hiking and nature trails. Pack lunchthrow some drinks or a lunch in a backpack and have fun.)
• Horseback riding
• Ice skating
• In-line/roller skating
• Kite flying
• Miniature golf
• Photography. An instant camera (such as a Polaroid), a digital, or even a couple of disposable cameras; an interesting location; and each other for models . . . picture it!
• Sailing
• Skiing—or how about sledding? (It’s cuddlier!)
• Tennis
• Water skiing
• Work out together: jogging, weight training, yoga . . . find out if you have similar tastes in physical exertion. Why not take advantage of a free gym tryout? Finish up in the hot tub. (Water is sexy!)

Old standbys, but with a kick

• Picnic. Go together to a gourmet or specialty food store and choose a few things you’ve never tried before, or maybe just one fabulous chunk of cheese or honey-dripping hunk of baklava. A farmer’s market or even the local grocery offers plenty of options. Take your bounty someplace comfortable and dig in. Just don’t forget the chocolate!

Movie. Movies aren’t really the best idea for first dates, since you spend so much time sitting side by side, looking straight ahead and not talking. Just doesn’t stimulate the right attraction-chemicals in the brain. But in the summer, some museums and park districts show movies outdoors, often for free. Take a picnic and something comfortable to sit on, people-watch, and talk to each other.

Don’t knock it till you try it

• Reading aloud. Poke around a used-book store or the local library. Depending on your tastes, pick something very funny, slightly steamy, or silly romantic. (Sometimes it’s all the same thing!) Don’t hesitate to comment, use appropriate voices, and take turns. Try reading the dialogue to each other; role play. See what develops

What’s the deal here? Who in their right mind would give a bow and arrow to a baby?

His parents, probably. Some think his mother was Aphrodite, the goddess of love, and her husband, Hephaestus, the god of fire and metalworking. On the other hand, Aphrodite was unfaithful, so his dad might have been Ares, the god of war. Either way, it was a dangerous combination, at least for humans.

Cupid, which means desire, was his Latin name. Sometimes he was called Amor, love. Before that, the ancient Greeks called him Eros, and he was responsible for lust, love, and sex. He was worshipped as a fertility god. His name is the root of the word erotic.

In his earliest appearances, he was a primeval deity, embodying not only the force of erotic love, but also the creative urge of ever-flowing nature, the first-born Light that is responsible for the coming into being and ordering of all things in the cosmos.

Later on, he became Aphrodite’s attendant, harnessing the overwhelming force of love and directing it into mortals. (Ouch!) Of course he was fickle. Sometimes he was playful, causing trouble for gods and men alike; other times, he refused even the pleas of his mother and the other gods to mess with human lives. He was also unscrupulous, mischievous, and charismatic.

This schizophrenic creature was suitably armed with two kinds of arrows: one was golden, with dove feathers, and caused instant love; the other was lead, with owl feathers, and caused indifference.

So it seems perfectly reasonable that the earliest portraits we have of him show Eros to be an adolescent boy, the age of shifting, raging hormones. Much like Peter Pan, he refused to grow up. Not only that—whimsical being that he is—he actually grew backwards. As time went on, he began to appear more and more often, in paintings of the classical period, as a child.

Finally, his sense of humor must have completely gotten the better of him. He went as far as he could go and still stick it to people with his trusty little bow and arrows, and he became a baby, the darling little cherub with fluffy wings that you see winking at you from heart-shaped valentines everywhere. Just an adorable sprite!

Just don’t turn your back on him.
